The year 2011 was a bitter sweet year for us as we experienced both record sales and the worst flooding in Thailand for half a century. Our foresight and decisive response to the crisis ensured that our most valuable assets, our people, are taken care of and the impact to our business kept to a minimal.
Our heart goes out to all the victims of the flood and through our corporate social responsibility program; we will reach out to them even more in 2012. It is our way of showing appreciation to this great kingdom which we have received and benefited so much from. We have been part of Thailand’s progress for the last 64 years, and we look forward to serving the agricultural sector and famers for the next 64 years and beyond.
As it is often said, the new year symbolizes the beginning of a better tomorrow, and we are especially excited to launch fully the 2 new products, Massey Ferguson and KIOTI in 2012. They are extraordinary brands because they are so good at listening to our customers and responding to their needs. They are committed to creating the best customer experience in the industry. Massey Ferguson and KIOTI both invest heavily in training service and support personnel, updating processes and systems, while actively seeking input from dealers and customers for continuous improvement.
In 2011, Massey Ferguson was awarded the Golden Tractor award for Design at Agritechnica for MF 7640 Dyna-VT and recognized with Milestones in Agriculture title for the three-point linkage launched 75 years ago.
KIOTI’s and Daedong’s successful efforts at export diversification have resulted in the acceptance of their products in more than 30 global markets. The need of customers who have relied on Daedong and KIOTI to fulfill their farming equipment needs for 50 years can also rely on KIOTI to respond to the wide range of challenges and opportunities faced by global agricultural community in the 21st century.

We are grateful for you good customers, who make our job satisfying and enjoyable. We look forward to serving you more in 2012 and contributing to our society.
